Free Restorative Yoga and Meditation for Stressful Times

Inversions are an integral part of yoga classes. But they’re likely to cause frustration, fear, or injury when practiced without patience and precision.

Join Michael Simpson, E-RYT 200, YACEP, for a two-hour workshop on yoga inversions. Learn key considerations (and unlearn non-anatomical movements) from an experienced yoga teacher to develop a safe, sustainable practice of going upside down. Gain foundational knowledge of the different inversion types, their different use cases, and the alignment that creates an optimal experience. Explore the use of props to support your training.
