Here’s how:
First, Download the Zoom App.
Use MINDBODY to register for any Virtual class you see on the schedule. You MUST register before class begins in order for us to send you the Zoom link to class.
ONE HOUR before class, everyone registered will receive a private Zoom link. Make sure your email is up-to-date in MindBody!!
For the latest info, check our Facebook & Instagram pages regularly. We have created an online store where you can purchase mats, blocks & straps we use at the studio. We can deliver locally if you purchase.
